Upon purchasing it, I had a professional Corvette shop go through it to find out it was all numbers correct on the engine and transmission, however it had a different newer rear in it. The also checked the body and bonding strips and could not find any remnants of any body damage. The seller owned the car for over 30 plus years and told me the car was virtually unmolested with the exception of a paint color change sometime in the 1980's

Seller's comments and description: 1957 chevy nomad. This is a car has no rust and retains all of its original sheet metal and original paint. The factory undercoating is still present beneath. All of the trim is original and is in incredible condition with no nicks, dents, dings or scratches. The only new trim is the rocker moldings. It's hard to believe that it would not have gotten some sort of damage after 58 years. The bumpers and interior chrome do have some pitting but all of the trim is complete. The glass is in good condition with the exception of the passenger door glass which has a crack. The interior is new except the headliner which is original and only has a very small tear near the rear liftgate. The engine is a 350 with edelbrock intake and holley 4 barrel carb. Trans is a turbo 350. The car has headers and new 2 1/2 stainless steel exhaust. The drum brakes are power assist with the original power booster and master cylinder having been rebuilt. Brake shoes and front and rear wheel bearings are new. Included in the sale are the original 283 engine with power pack option(4 barrel carb), air cleaner, exhaust manifolds and powerglide transmission, generator, original wheels and hubcaps.

I cleaned the fuel tank and replace the fuel pumps. I assume it's a fuel pump relay. Started having issues with the fuel pumps cutting out and stalling. Ebay won't accept the vin, but i can email a carfax for this car if desired. So i posted a carfax i paid for below. Wdb12604412002316 ebay won't let me list the vin as a 1982 because it is not a normal us convention for 1982. So i am listing the car as a 1980. I confirmed with the mb classic center that this is in fact a 1982 as the title also says. I don't know why this video shows in my preview, but will not load in this actual listing. Seems to really run great. Spins tires from a start in a straight line and accelerates fast. See videos listed below.- nice leather interior with only one small tear in the driverbolster, a tear, not a hole. See picture.- correctly operating power sunroof- power seats- power windows all work properly, but right rear is temperamentalrequiring the down button to be pushed several times while trying toget it to go up. Negatives:- there is rust that should be dealt with, mostly around rear wheelsand the front rockers.
